    Overview

    This document contains the technical proposal to review your company’s underlying infrastructure and platform to create a project backlog and plan improvements. Also, it's the first step to migrating workloads to AWS. Also, the assessment is the first step to creating a detailed plan to migrate your existing infrastructure to a new infrastructure to AWS following industry best practices. The assessment is based on a combination of AWS's Well-Architected framework and our expertise. Potential improvements are detected and documented as a secondary goal by following the industry’s best practices and our own experience during the assessment execution. It's important to highlight that the scope and outcome of the assessment are calculated based on a week of work, and it will focus on the Immediate, Short, and Medium-term areas defined by the client.

A list of opportunities detected in the assessment process, described but added with a lower priority on the outcome. 3. A potential list of security issues is added with maximum priority to the backlog 4.     Communication tools We have standardized the following tools:

    • Slack is an instant messaging platform. If the client has a Slack account we share channels. If not, client representatives and/or the team can join Teracloud’s organization.
    • Atlassian Jira as a project management and time tracking tool. We produce weekly reports for updates, time spent, and blockers.
    • Email for formal communication like contracts and scope changes, and deliverables (support@teracloud.io ).
    • We will need a technical contact capable of answering questions based on the 5 pillars mentioned above.
