Start in your organization's production DigiTrust workspace. DigiTrans confirms your subscription and first workflow, arranges access and guides your first evidence packet or review record.

Choose one software tier and one contract length: 12, 24 or 36 months. Checkout uses a fixed quantity for the selected tier. The unit represents that tier's contract entitlement; it is not a per-seat price or a promise of unlimited usage.

Standard software allowances for one subscription:

• Launch: 1 workspace, 5 named users, 1 active workflow configuration, 250 governed cases per UTC calendar month and 10 GiB of retained evidence storage.
• Foundation: 3 workspaces, 15 named users, 3 active workflow configurations, 750 governed cases per UTC calendar month and 30 GiB of retained evidence storage.
• Scale: 10 workspaces, 25 named users, 10 active workflow configurations, 1,500 governed cases per UTC calendar month and 100 GiB of retained evidence storage.

Allowances are pooled across the subscription. Monthly cases do not roll over; longer contract terms do not multiply monthly allowances. Limits block new creation rather than automatically billing overages. Retention, supported data types and customer processing require an accepted workspace scope. Existing agreements and negotiated private-offer terms govern their accepted scope.

Current public contract totals in USD, paid upfront for the full term:

• Launch: 12 months $15,000; 24 months $25,000; 36 months $35,000.
• Foundation: 12 months $25,000; 24 months $45,000; 36 months $65,000.
• Scale: 12 months $50,000; 24 months $90,000; 36 months $125,000.

These are full-term totals, not monthly charges or annual installment amounts. Review the selected offer at checkout for the applicable price, term, renewal selection and legal terms. A negotiated private offer may differ.

DigiTrans will confirm the appropriate tier and a written scope covering workspace and user allowances, workflows and integrations, usage limits and limit handling, data storage and retention, support coverage, onboarding and operating responsibilities.

Do not assume an unspecified allowance is unlimited or that implementation, custom integrations or a pilot are included. Any separately agreed services fees and applicable AWS infrastructure charges should be confirmed before purchase. Request a scoped proposal or private offer when your requirements differ from the public offer.

A structured enterprise pilot can be scoped for 30-45 days and 2-3 selected AI workflows. Potential deliverables include a workflow and control assessment, evidence and assurance map, prioritized production roadmap and executive findings summary.

The pilot description does not establish a free trial or an included or credited service. Scope, deliverables, timing, fees and any subscription credit must be stated in the applicable written agreement. DigiTrust is designed to connect evidence and source context with explicit verification rules, human approval, permitted use and recorded review history. AI assistance supports explanation and mapping within the agreed workflow; required governance decisions remain subject to explicit policy and approval controls.

Start with a defined AWS workflow. The agreement identifies supported integrations, deployment responsibilities and operating conditions. Additional cloud, model-provider or hosting combinations require separate qualification. Evaluate results against an agreed customer baseline and success measures.
