DigiTrust makes consequential enterprise AI reviewable by capturing evidence, enforcing human approval, and producing signed assurance records for regulated industries.
When AI acts, recommends, or automates, organizations need one clear record that connects the evidence, checks, human approval, approved purpose, known limits, and final outcome. DigiTrust is the evidence and authority system of record for consequential enterprise AI - replacing fragmented manual workflows with a deterministic, reviewable operating model.
About DigiTrans
DigiTrans LLC builds trust infrastructure for enterprise AI. DigiTrans completed AWS Partner software validation, DigiTrust passed an AWS solution review, and the product is publicly listed and purchasable in AWS Marketplace. The DigiTrust platform is patent pending and works across cloud and AI providers.
Who DigiTrust Is For
DigiTrust is built for organizations operating in regulated or high-assurance environments where AI actions carry customer, regulatory, clinical, security, or mission consequences. Target buyers include GRC teams, cloud security architects, AI governance leads, vendor risk managers, and compliance officers in financial services, healthcare, and defense-safe enterprise workflows.
How It Works - The DigiTrust Trust Record
DigiTrust creates one connected Trust Record across the controls that make consequential AI reviewable:
1. Evidence and Source History
Preserve what the AI used, where it came from, whether it stayed intact, and how it moved through the workflow. Each artifact is recorded with source context, provenance metadata, and full lifecycle history.
2. Repeatable, Rule-Based Checks
Use clear rules to check evidence quality across eight explicit trust dimensions: integrity, authority, provenance, freshness, lifecycle, relevance, completeness, and independence. Required checks - identity, evidence integrity, approval rights, conflicts, safe disclosure, and approved-use - cannot be bypassed because an AI answer sounds persuasive.
3. Accountable Human Approval
Record who approved the result, what was approved, the conditions, and how long the approval lasts. Agents cannot approve their own consequential output or transfer approval to a changed result.
4. Approved-Use Enforcement
Allow only the approved result and conditions. Changed, expired, withdrawn, or substituted use is blocked automatically.
5. Known Limits and Complete Review History
Keep important concerns visible, state what information is unavailable, and preserve the full evidence and decision history in an immutable, append-only ledger. No evidence or decision can be silently altered post-collection.
6. Bounded AI Assistance
AI assists with explanation, mapping, and remediation guidance. Deterministic policy-controlled rules govern all blocking trust decisions - AI never autonomously overrides governance controls.
Regulated-Industry Use Cases
Financial Services: Fraud and financial crime, risk and decision support, AI copilots and agents
Healthcare: Ambient documentation, research and trial support, digital and operational AI
Defense-Safe Enterprise: Knowledge and engineering support, enterprise automation, decision-assistance workflows
Cross-Industry: Cloud-control and continuous compliance assurance, vendor and third-party risk reviews, procurement due diligence, customer assurance and trust reporting
AWS Integration
The DigiTrust reference architecture collects authorized evidence from AWS services and applies deterministic verification within your AWS environment. Integration points include AWS Config, AWS Security Hub, AWS CloudTrail (delivered to Amazon S3), Amazon Security Lake, AWS IAM, AWS KMS, Amazon EventBridge, AWS Step Functions, AWS Lambda, Amazon DynamoDB or Amazon Aurora for persistence, and Amazon Bedrock for bounded AI-assisted explanation workflows.

Current Boundary
DigiTrust supports evidence and assurance workflows. It does not replace customer legal, clinical, security, audit, purchasing, certification, or regulatory responsibility. Deterministic verification is grounded in explicit metadata, provenance, lifecycle, authority, policy, and signed records.
Highlights
Unlike GRC tools that rely on periodic manual reviews or probabilistic AI scoring, DigiTrust deterministically verifies evidence quality across eight explicit trust dimensions - integrity, authority, provenance, freshness, lifecycle, relevance, completeness, and independence - so compliance and security teams can identify evidence gaps before auditors do, reducing rework and accelerating assurance timelines.
Every evidence artifact, verification decision, and signed report is preserved in an immutable, append-only ledger with full chain of custody. Auditors and regulators can independently confirm that no evidence was altered post-collection - eliminating disputes over evidence authenticity that delay audit closures and erode stakeholder confidence.
AI assists with explanation, evidence mapping, and remediation guidance, but deterministic policy-controlled rules govern all blocking trust decisions. This separation ensures organizations get the productivity benefits of AI without the risk of opaque models autonomously overriding governance controls - a critical distinction for regulated industries.
AWS Marketplace now accepts line of credit payments through the PNC Vendor Finance program. This program is available to select AWS customers in the US, excluding NV, NC, ND, TN, & VT.
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before it ends, access to these entitlements will expire.
Additional AWS infrastructure costs may apply. Use the AWS Pricing Calculator to estimate your infrastructure costs.
You buy DigiTrust through three contract-based entitlements, priced by units. Launch gives you entry access for one trust workspace. Foundation raises the entitlement to support verification and assurance across multiple teams. Scale expands the entitlement further for broader assurance programs. The three options form a progression: each step widens how many teams and workspaces you can cover. You select the entitlement that matches your program size, then confirm scope and any custom offer structure with the seller during onboarding.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What does one unit of entitlement actually cover in each option?
A unit is an entitlement to run trust workspaces and verification programs. Launch covers one trust workspace for a single entry point. Foundation raises the entitlement so multiple teams can share verification and assurance work. Scale widens it further for larger assurance programs. You confirm exact scope during onboarding with the seller.
What kind of work does an entitlement support once I buy it?
An entitlement supports governed AI evidence workflows: recording actions, preserving evidence, verifying trust checks, binding human approval, and authorizing exact use. It also supports customer-safe assurance outputs and audit reconstruction. It does not replace your own legal, security, audit, procurement, or compliance decisions, which remain your responsibility.
How do I move from a Launch entitlement to Foundation or Scale as needs grow?
The three options form a progression by entitlement size. You begin with a scoped pilot covering two to three workflows, then expand. To widen coverage across more teams or programs, you confirm the appropriate entitlement and any custom offer structure with the seller during onboarding. Changes are handled through that conversation, not automatically.
