Pricing is based on actual usage, with charges varying according to how much you consume. Subscriptions have no end date and may be canceled any time. Alternatively, you can pay upfront for a contract, which typically covers your anticipated usage for the contract duration. Any usage beyond contract will incur additional usage-based costs.
Additional AWS infrastructure costs may apply. Use the AWS Pricing Calculator to estimate your infrastructure costs.
If you are an AWS Free Tier customer with a free plan, you are eligible to subscribe to this offer. You can use free credits to cover the cost of eligible AWS infrastructure. See AWS Free Tier for more details. See Legacy AWS Free Tier for more details.
You pay by the hour for support tied to your Debian 13 virtual machine. Each dimension maps to a specific AWS EC2 instance type, and you pick the one matching the instance you run. Pricing scales with the size and family of that instance. Smaller shared instances like t3.nano and t2.micro sit at the low end. Large memory, compute, storage, and accelerated instances, up to bare-metal and high-memory types like u7in-32tb.224xlarge, sit higher. You are billed only for the hours you use, with no upfront commitment.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What does the hourly charge cover, and what do I get with it?
The hourly charge covers vendor support for your Debian 13 virtual machine running on the matching EC2 instance type. You get a support team to help you launch and resolve issues. Each virtual machine image is audited and tested against security controls before use.
Am I charged when the instance is stopped or powered off?
The hourly support fee meters running time only. A fully stopped or powered-off instance does not accrue software support charges. Note that separate AWS charges for storage may still apply while the instance is stopped, since those are billed by AWS, not this listing.
How do I pick which instance-type dimension to pay for?
You select the dimension that matches the exact EC2 instance type your Debian 13 machine runs on. If you resize to a different instance type, your rate shifts to that new type's hourly price automatically for the hours it runs. You are billed per instance you operate.
