SaaS delivers cloud-based software applications directly to customers over the internet. You can access these applications through a subscription model. You will pay recurring monthly usage fees through your AWS bill, while AWS handles deployment and infrastructure management, ensuring scalability, reliability, and seamless integration with other AWS services.

Vendor support
Vendor will make every effort to provide resolution times depending on the support request. Due to the complexity and variability of technical issues, no firm resolution time guarantees are provided. Resolution efforts will be communicated to the Licensee, and Hoopcare will keep the Licensee updated per the schedule above until a mutually acceptable solution is achieved.
Resolution Time: This term shall mean the target elapsed time between when Vendor is formally notified of a support request and the time a final resolution is agreed upon between Vendor and Licensee, where either a solution (which may be remedying the fault or providing a workaround) has been reached or no further action can be taken under the terms of this Agreement.
Business Hours: This term shall mean 9 am – 5 pm EST Monday to Friday, excluding Hoopcare and public holidays.
