    First open the Bladelogic Wizard from here: "C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\BMC Software\BMC BladeLogic Server Automation Suite\Utilities\Application Server Configuration Wizard.lnk"

    Now verify:

    1. In the Database Tab: Verify that the : "Database Server" Name = Your current ServerName (and if NOT then update it here, you can verify the server name via CMD with the hostname command)
    2. Select the File Server Tab: verify that the : "File Server Name" is = Your current IP-Address (and if NOT then update it here, you can verify the ip-address via CMD with the ipconfig command)
    3. Press: OK
    4. Open: Services and start the service: "TrueSight Server Automation Application Server"
    5. Click the Server Automation Console icon on your desktop, or launch it from here: "C:\Program Files\BMC Software\BladeLogic\CM\rcp\BSAClient.exe" For login use: User Name: BLAdmin, Password: bladelogic
