    Overview

    During a five day fixed price engagement we will analyze your AWS costs and implement quick wins to reduce your cloud spend by up to 70%. Based on the experience we gathered during many FinOps projects in Germany, Austria and Switzerland, we will help you stop worrying about expenses and focus on your business.

    The optimization possibilities are endless and without the right knowledge, it can get really tricky to find the right leverage.

    The assessment is structured into three phases.

    1. Analyze: kreuzwerker solution architects will review your architecture, talk with your teams to understand your business and prepare a report with 5-10 “big wins” that are realistic to implement in a short period of time!

    2. Implement: Now it’s time for action. We help you to structure and prioritize all options starting from phase one. For more complex activities, such as the use of spot instances, we develop PoC scenarios to ensure that predicted savings can be realized without risks.

    3. Operate: And now it’s on you. Our experienced FinOps engineers can help implement the optimizations from the second phase and train your teams in the new FinOps approach.

    Important: Our goal is to help you to build a solid foundation and processes that enable your teams to run without the need of external consultants.
