AWS-native architecture
Five architectural layers, each governed in its own repository:
- Application — CloudFront, S3, Cognito, API Gateway. Branded chat experience with persistent history and thumbs-up/down feedback loop.
- Backend — ECS Fargate (FastAPI), Bedrock Converse, Bedrock AgentCore. Two specialized agents (Knowledge + Text-to-SQL) with sqlglot SELECT-only AST validation, dynamic value discovery and schema introspection.
- Knowledge Base — Bedrock Knowledge Bases with Cohere Rerank v3.5, S3 Vectors, Titan Embeddings v2. Versioned corpus: methodology, schemas (YAML) and use-case artifacts.
- Data foundation — Amazon Redshift, AWS Glue, Lambda. Materialized views per source, integrates SAP and market-data systems.
- Agent prompt — system prompt versioning, behavioral rules, persona templates with their own evaluation harness.
