Overview
This professional service is offered in relation to the Palo Alto Networks Cortex software products available in AWS Marketplace — Cortex XSIAM, Cortex XDR, and Cortex Cloud — and to the AWS services those products integrate with. Netdata Cybersecurity deploys, configures, and operationalizes the Cortex platform for organizations running on AWS, including onboarding of AWS-native telemetry sources such as AWS CloudTrail, Amazon GuardDuty, Amazon VPC Flow Logs, and Amazon S3 / Amazon SQS-based log collection, and runtime protection of workloads on Amazon EC2 and Amazon EKS.
A security operations platform only delivers value once telemetry flows, detections fire accurately, and analysts trust the console. Netdata Cybersecurity provides professional services for the full Palo Alto Networks Cortex portfolio, taking organizations from initial tenant activation to an operational, tuned security operations capability.
Service coverage includes Cortex XSIAM deployments for organizations transforming their SOC around an AI-driven platform — data source onboarding (including AWS audit, network, and security-finding telemetry), ingestion and parsing configuration, correlation and detection tuning, and analyst enablement; Cortex XDR rollouts covering agent deployment planning, policy configuration, and external data-source ingestion; Cortex XSOAR automation engagements from playbook design through production automation of response workflows, including automated response actions on AWS resources; and Cortex Cloud services covering both runtime protection of cloud workloads on Amazon EC2 and Amazon EKS and cloud security posture management of the customer’s AWS accounts and multi-cloud estate.
Engagements are delivered remotely by certified consultants through structured working sessions, coordinated by a named project manager, and follow a phased methodology — planning, discovery with a Technical Requirements Document, configuration, staged deployment, and validation with as-built documentation and formal handover. Netdata works alongside the customer’s SOC team throughout, so operational knowledge lands with the people who will run the platform.
Pricing is tailored to each environment. Request a private offer and a Netdata architect will scope the right service configuration based on your platform mix, data volumes, and operational goals.
Highlights
- SOC transformation with XSIAM and XDR — tenant activation, data source and agent onboarding, ingestion and parsing configuration, detection tuning, and analyst enablement, delivered by consultants certified on the Cortex platform. Automation that reaches production — XSOAR playbook design, integration configuration, and staged automation of real response workflows, not proof-of-concept demos.
- Cloud security operationalized — Cortex Cloud runtime protection and posture management deployed across AWS and multi-cloud environments, integrated into the same detection and response fabric.

RELATED AWS MARKETPLACE PRODUCTS AND AWS SERVICES (required disclosure) This service is delivered in relation to the Palo Alto Networks Cortex products available in AWS Marketplace — Cortex XSIAM, Cortex XDR, and Cortex Cloud — and to AWS services integrated or protected during the engagement: AWS CloudTrail, Amazon GuardDuty, Amazon VPC Flow Logs, Amazon S3, Amazon SQS, Amazon EC2, Amazon EKS, and AWS IAM (data-collection roles and automated response integrations).
PORTAL ACTION (not listing text): in the AWS Marketplace Management Portal, also populate the Associated Products specification with the Palo Alto Networks Cortex listings — the AUDIT_ERROR accepts disclosure in the description and/or the associated products field; doing both is safest.
