Each tier includes a Sentinel Contact Center Modernization Workshop where we explore current and future state goals for the contact center, along with an overview of what Amazon Connect can bring to the organization. Sentinel will help customers embrace the power of the Amazon Connect platform in a cost-effective, iterative, and timely manner. The landing zones can be used for numerous organizational needs such as POC/POV, disaster recovery, offloading, etc.
