What you get. A cloud-hosted, working proof of concept built on Amazon Bedrock, AWS Lambda, Amazon API Gateway, and supporting AWS services, delivered against success criteria we define with you up front. Typical proof of concepts include:

How we deliver

Every engagement starts with discovery to select the highest-value use case and define what success looks like. We then build in short sprints, demo working software weekly, and close with an evaluation against the agreed success criteria — so your production decision is made on evidence, not a slide deck.

Engagements are fixed-scope and fixed-duration, delivered either by provisioning into your AWS account through IAM roles scoped to the engagement (with documentation of all provisioned services and policy statements), or built in a Honest Fox environment and handed over on completion. Any AWS infrastructure costs incurred in your account are separate from this AWS Marketplace transaction and are your responsibility.
