The engagement can include multi-account architecture, AWS Control Tower, guardrails, identity and access design, networking, security baselines, logging, monitoring, cost controls, migration planning, and workload migration execution.
The target delivery timeline is 8 to 12 weeks, subject to the number and complexity of workloads, customer dependencies, access requirements, application readiness, and the agreed migration scope. The statement of work defines the target architecture, migration waves, responsibilities, testing approach, rollback planning, and acceptance criteria.
MAP support or other AWS funding mechanisms may be available for eligible customers and workloads. Funding is subject to current AWS program requirements and should not be presented as automatically included.
