Next, we move on to create the AWS ChatBot environment through Amazon Lex and add natural language processing to enable the bot to understand spelling errors, speech, and intent. Adastra configures with Q&A services to give the bot the capability of answering and interacting with user inputs. Lastly, we will build connectors to manage the multiple models to determine when to use which one during bot conversations, and integrate custom styling, buttons and cards to enhance user experience.
