What do you like best about the product?
made it way easier to secure our remote users and manage access across locations.
The best part is its fully integrated firewall, secure web gateway, zero-trust access, and more. It’s fast, reliable, and backed by Fortinet’s security tech, which gives us peace of mind.
    - Remote users can connect securely without needing a ton of setup.
    - We can manage access and policies from one dashboard.
    - It scales easily as our team grows.
    - Threat protection is strong and runs in real time.
    - No hardware headaches it’s all cloud-based.
What do you dislike about the product?
    - Setup isn’t super simple if you’re new to Fortinet.
    - Some features take time to learn, especially if you haven’t used FortiClient or EMS before.
    - It’s not cheap, smaller teams might feel the pinch.
    - Customization is limited compared to full FortiOS setups.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
he biggest benefit is how it simplifies network security and access control. Instead of juggling multiple tools, FortiSASE combines firewall, secure web gateway, zero-trust access, and threat protection in one place.

What I appreciate most about FortiSASE is its comprehensive and unified approach to security and networking. It seamlessly integrates key components like Secure Web Gateway (SWG), Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA), Cloud Access Security Broker (CASB), and Firewall-as-a-Service (FWaaS) into a single cloud-delivered platform. This consolidation simplifies management and strengthens the overall security posture across distributed environments
What do you dislike about the product?
While FortiSASE offers a robust and integrated security solution, there are a few areas where it could improve:

    Complex Setup and Configuration
The initial deployment and configuration can be challenging, especially for teams without prior experience in Fortinet’s ecosystem. The learning curve is steep, and documentation could be more intuitive for new users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Inconsistent Security Across Remote and On-Prem Users
Benefit: This ensures consistent protection and compliance, reducing the risk of data breaches and shadow IT.
