Glixin provides a patent-pending engine for deterministic, real-time policy enforcement across enterprise and public sector transaction layers. Dimensions summary
You buy an annual contract based on two choices: a security tier and a transaction volume. Six tiers scale up in protection: Bronze Basic, Silver Basic, Gold Fast Lane, Vanguard Fraud Guard, Sentinel Scalper Guard, and Sovereign Full Stack. Vanguard adds fraud scoring, Sentinel adds bot defense, and Sovereign combines both. Each tier sells in five volume bands: 4, 12, 30, 80, and 200 million transactions per year. You pick the tier for the protection you need, then the volume band for expected yearly traffic. A separate Handshake SKU covers per-verification API handshake units.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
Each API request sent to the Glixin gateway counts as one transaction. The engine screens the request and returns an ACCEPT or BLOCK response. Both accepted and blocked requests count against your annual band, since each one is screened at the gateway level.
Once you reach your band's transaction limit, the API returns a 429 Too Many Requests error and screening stops. To resume service, you upgrade to a larger volume band through the dashboard. The transition is not automatic; you choose when to move up.
The Handshake SKU meters API handshake verification units, billed on their own. The tier bands (Bronze through Sovereign) meter annual transactions screened by the PE Engine. The two bill independently. You pick a tier and volume band for screening, and the Handshake SKU covers per-verification handshake units.

Glixin does not offer refunds for digital API services once the 48-hour AWS Marketplace cancellation window has passed. All transactions are final. If you encounter a documented technical failure that prevents service delivery, please contact support@glixin.com to open a support case for review. Any exceptions to this policy are at the sole discretion of Glixin.
