Vendor refund policy
Glixin does not offer refunds for digital API services once the 48-hour AWS Marketplace cancellation window has passed. All transactions are final. If you encounter a documented technical failure that prevents service delivery, please contact support@glixin.com to open a support case for review. Any exceptions to this policy are at the sole discretion of Glixin.
