Dimensions summary
You buy an annual contract based on two choices: a security tier and a transaction volume. Six tiers scale in capability: Bronze, Silver, Gold Fast Lane, Vanguard Fraud Guard, Sentinel Scalper Guard, and Sovereign Full Stack. Each tier offers five yearly transaction allotments: 4, 12, 30, 80, or 200 million. Price rises as you move up a tier or select a larger transaction volume. A separate Handshake SKU covers individual API handshake verification units. Choose one tier and one volume that match your traffic and threat needs.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
A transaction is one API request screened by the engine. The gateway checks each request against your tier's rules and returns an ACCEPT or BLOCK response. Each screened request draws one unit from your yearly allotment of 4, 12, 30, 80, or 200 million.
Once you reach your fixed transaction limit, further requests return a 429 Too Many Requests error and stop being screened. Service does not continue past the cap automatically. You can move up to a plan with a larger allotment to resume screening.
The Handshake SKU is a separate verification unit covering individual API handshakes. It bills on its own rather than drawing from a tier's yearly transaction allotment. The tier plans meter screened transactions; the Handshake SKU meters handshake verification units independently.

Glixin does not offer refunds for digital API services once the 48-hour AWS Marketplace cancellation window has passed. All transactions are final. If you encounter a documented technical failure that prevents service delivery, please contact support@glixin.com to open a support case for review. Any exceptions to this policy are at the sole discretion of Glixin.
