Overview
Ingenaium provides professional services to help founders and teams who have built applications with vibe coding tools (such as Lovable) take those applications from prototype to production on Amazon Web Services (AWS) - without starting again. We close the gap between a working demo and a production-ready application that can safely handle real users and customer data on AWS.
The challenge Vibe tools are excellent for visualising ideas, but the resulting code is rarely production-ready for AWS. Code may not be maintainable or secure, with data leakage risk. Demo data is not customer data and needs secure, monitored hosting. Small fixes break other things, draining confidence before go-live. Protected data and a secure, scalable service cannot be achieved with prompt engineering alone.
The Ingenaium difference — four phases
- Vibe - Validate the idea fast. Prove the concept and align stakeholders before spending on production AWS.
- Fix - Harden the code for quality and security, getting past demo-ready.
- Run - Deploy, host, monitor, and cost-optimise on AWS for real customer data and users.
- Evolve - Maintain and continuously improve the application as it grows on AWS.
Your journey to users Step 1: Review - Know what you have. Evidence-cited findings aligned to your strategic objectives and a recommended AWS target architecture. Step 2: Decide - Clear migration band with a defined path and cost. Step 3: Migrate - Remediate and ship to production on AWS. Step 4: Evolve - Maintain and evolve with ongoing managed support on AWS.
You always keep ownership of the code and IP.
Migration bands
- Low complexity: Clean vibe stack, limited integrations. From approximately 1 week to production-ready on AWS.
- Medium complexity: Real auth/data paths, several services. From approximately 2 weeks on AWS.
- High complexity: Regulated, heavy integrations, or fragile architecture. From approximately 4 weeks, scoped from the Review.
Maintain and Evolve (managed services on AWS)
- Hosted and looked after with Amazon CloudWatch monitoring, patching, and availability for your users
- Secure, controlled access with AWS IAM and audit-friendly roles
- AI and hosting spend visible with budget and anomaly alerts as standard
- Evolve your app via prompts in the same way you originally built it
- UK-hosted by default (e.g. eu-west-2) for explainable data residency
- Clean hand-back of code and data if you leave
AWS services we use Engagements typically use Amazon ECS for application hosting, AWS IAM for identity and access, Amazon RDS or Amazon DynamoDB for data, Amazon S3 and Amazon CloudFront for content delivery, AWS Secrets Manager and AWS KMS for secrets and encryption, Amazon CloudWatch for monitoring and alerting, AWS WAF for edge protection, and (where the application uses generative AI) Amazon Bedrock. Exact services are confirmed in the Application Review.
Customer AWS costs Professional services purchased through this listing are billed via AWS Marketplace. If we deploy or recommend resources in your AWS account (or operate hosting that consumes AWS services), you are responsible for separate AWS infrastructure charges (compute, storage, database, networking, AI inference, data transfer, etc.) in addition to this professional services fee.
Start with the Application Review covering code quality, security, database scalability, tenant isolation, AI rigour, cost and unit economics, governance, and a recommended AWS migration approach.
Highlights
- Take vibe-coded apps from prototype to production on AWS without starting over - harden for quality, security, and scale using Amazon ECS, RDS/DynamoDB, IAM, Secrets Manager, and CloudWatch. You retain full ownership of code and IP.
- Remediate and deploy a clean vibe stack with limited integrations to production on AWS. From approximately 1 week. AWS infrastructure charges billed separately to the customer’s AWS account where applicable.
- Start with an evidence-cited Application Review: code quality, security, scalability, tenant isolation, AI rigour, governance, and a clear AWS migration roadmap. Review fee credited 100% against migration. Separate AWS infrastructure charges may apply.
