Email-as-a-channel is asynchronous, long context back and forth between humans, after an initial automated message. TP introduces Email Agents that connect with Amazon Connect, either your platform, to reduce the need for troubleshooting and support steps to reach a human agent.
Autonomous Agents powered by Bedrock keep long running emails in context, providing personalised responses while providing necessary tools to allow self-service within emails. Utilising Agentic AI and orchestration, specific tasks and queries get routed to the best agent while keeping prior conversation in memory.
