    What do you like best about the product?
    The customer service, attention to detail, it's easy to use, everything about Wrike is brilliant. Plus I can make the interface pink. Huge bonus.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    I wish that Wrike had a more calendar focused view, with meetings that could be scheduled in so we can add up all our hours for the working week.

    What do you like best about the product?
    Per the title of this review, Wrike is great for surfacing dependencies. Once you know what your dependencies are, you can easily determine what else needs to be completed, in the correct order, to move the project forward. I like that every step can be scheduled and the hand off points are visible.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    I really like this software and feel like adoption should be better, and would be if individuals weren't married to existing tools.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    It helps streamline complex processes and provide larger teams with in-depth project visibility.

    What do you like best about the product?
    Wrike streamlines the company workflow! I started working with Knorr just over a year ago and Wrike was new to me. With a little demistration(and some notes) i was ready to use Wrike in no time! The Ease from moving from Job to Job and how to search , have dashboards has been a piece of cake. I am on wrike for 100% of my jobs checking in with each step to move onto the next. I can see when others tasks are due as well as look for link and uploaded documents. I have not had to use customer support but when my company had a Issue it was fixed quickly.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    Sometimes I need to minamize my screen to use a scroll bar in some of the areas that i am in. I find its harder to use when just on my laptop than when I am connected to the bigger screens.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    Wrike is giving me a schedule to work with. I was not in marketing before working for Knorr so I am not aware on how these tasks even moved arround the company before. I can only imagine they had to have a lot of in person meetings.

    There are some issues with email to requester feature.
    Customer support has been not very responsive lately.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    Wrike serves as a single source of truth for our marketing team. We ge requests from the business development team and manage the whole process in wrike.

    What do you like best about the product?
    Automations within tasks and projects are amazing. We have set up automations so that when a date is entered into a cusom field, an entirely new task is created for a different department to complete. The task stays within the project, but also displays in the other team's work queue. Both teams can monitor the progress of the task and project.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    Limitations on the amount of data that can be entered into the Data Hub.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    Transparency between business units has been made much easier with Wrike. Wrike has also decreased the amount of time teams waste on finding email threads in who know which inbox to find project details and sending information back and forth through emails.
