SoftServe ESC Fit Assessment is an evidence-based, one-week assessment for organizations considering AWS European Sovereign Cloud. It evaluates business, regulatory, and technical requirements against ESC capabilities and produces a clear cloud strategy with quantified trade-offs. The goal is to help you decide where ESC creates value before committing significant time and migration investment.

Typical assessment artifacts include a request for architecture work, baseline architecture documentation where applicable, architecture drivers, identified Architecture Building Blocks, an ESC Fit Assessment Scorecard, and roadmap options. The final recommendation provides a practical basis for the next phase: target architecture design, scope and effort definition, TCO estimation, migration planning, implementation governance, and continuous compliance.
