WHAT YOU GET

Deployed through Amazon Managed Service for Prometheus, Amazon Managed Grafana, CloudWatch, Amazon SNS and IRSA, with 20 independently selectable Terraform modules.

WHY THIS IS NOT A DASHBOARD PACK

• Predictive storage alerting. Volume-exhaustion alerts use predict_linear() to warn days ahead instead of paging at 90 percent.
• GenAI cost attribution. Per-model token spend with anomaly detection the question every Bedrock programme is asked in month two and usually cannot answer.
• Guardrail failure detection. A throttled Bedrock Guardrail is a safety control failing open. Rarely monitored anywhere.
• RAG observability. Knowledge Base query errors and latency, so retrieval degradation is not mistaken for model degradation.
• Cost signals, not just availability signals. HPA under-utilisation and Aurora Serverless v2 capacity drift.
• Noise engineering. Alert durations and denominator guards throughout, and five rules ship deliberately disabled with written rationale. Alert fatigue is why most observability projects are judged failures.
• Compliance enforced in code. Mandatory five-key tagging and customer-managed key preconditions fail the Terraform plan rather than relying on reviewer discipline. Bedrock prompt and response capture is rejected at plan time unless the data classification justifies it, so prompt PII cannot land in observability storage by accident.

MULTI-CLUSTER, MULTI-REGION, ONE DEPLOYMENT

All 16 EKS dashboards carry runtime data source, region and cluster selectors. One deployment covers one cluster or fifty, and switching region is a dropdown rather than a redeployment.

SOVEREIGN AND REGULATED ENVIRONMENTS

Amazon Managed Grafana is not available in every partition, including AWS GovCloud (US). Where it is absent, SAQTEK delivers a CloudWatch-only dashboard path alongside FIPS endpoints, PrivateLink-only networking and mandatory customer-managed keys. This implements controls that support a FedRAMP Moderate or High boundary; it is not itself an authorised system.

HOW IT IS DELIVERED

Scope is selected through Terraform variables no code is modified per customer. You receive the modules, a deployment runbook and a templating guide, so your own team can extend and operate the result. Engagements are fixed-fee.
