Strong Security Layer, but Needs More Tech Innovation

    Reviewed on Feb 24, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
Strong added layer for mature security teams
What do you dislike about the product?
Needs stronger tech innovation over time
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Menlo Security helps us strengthen our overall security posture by acting as an additional protective layer in our multilayered cybersecurity stack. It fills a meaningful gap for a mature security organization like ours by isolating and reducing web‑based and email‑based threats before they ever reach the endpoint. The platform is easy to use day‑to‑day, requires minimal maintenance, and integrates smoothly into existing workflows, which makes adoption across teams straightforward.
Implementation was relatively simple, and ongoing support has been responsive and helpful when needed. We use the product regularly because it provides consistent protection without adding friction for end users. While the feature set is solid and reliable, its primary benefit is dependable, behind‑the‑scenes protection that reduces risk without increasing administrative overhead.

Great Protection Without Slowing Us Down - Menlo Security

    Reviewed on Feb 19, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Menlo Security is that it keeps our computers safe when we use the internet. It opens websites in a safe place in the cloud instead of directly on our computer. This means if a website has a virus or something bad, it cannot reach or harm our system.

It also works very fast. When I open websites, they load normally, and I do not feel any delay. Most of the time, I don’t even notice that Menlo Security is protecting me in the background.

Another thing I like is that it helps stop phishing and dangerous links. This makes it easier for our team to work safely without worrying about clicking the wrong website.

Overall, Menlo Security makes browsing the internet safer, easier, and worry-free.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I dislike about Menlo Security is that sometimes a few websites do not work perfectly. Some pages may look a little different, or certain buttons may not work the same way as usual. This can be confusing at first.

Also, sometimes files take a bit longer to download because Menlo Security checks them first to make sure they are safe. This is good for security, but it can slow things down a little.

Another small problem is that it can take time to learn how everything works, especially for new users or administrators. There are many settings, and it can be confusing in the beginning.

Even with these small issues, it still does a very good job of keeping computers safe.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Menlo Security helps solve the problem of dangerous websites, viruses, and phishing attacks. Sometimes, people may click on a bad link by accident. Without protection, this can harm the computer or steal important information. Menlo Security stops this by opening websites in a safe place in the cloud, so the bad content never reaches our computers.

This benefits us because our computers stay safe even if someone clicks the wrong link. It helps protect important business data, passwords, and customer information.

It also gives peace of mind. Our team can browse the internet, check emails, and do their work without worrying as much about security threats. This helps everyone focus more on their job instead of worrying about getting hacked.

Overall, Menlo Security makes our work safer, reduces risk, and helps prevent security problems before they happen.

    Essential Shield for Network Safety

    Reviewed on Feb 13, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
I love that Menlo Security acts like a safety shield for links and websites, keeping users from getting infected when they click on something risky. It protects our internal networks and users effectively. The feature that shows what threats were stopped and who was protected is really helpful because instead of us being blind and only finding out after someone gets infected, we get visibility into threats early, which helps us respond faster. The initial setup was quick and smooth.
What do you dislike about the product?
None as of now. We are satisfied with the software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Menlo Security acts as a safety shield, preventing users from getting infected by unsafe links and websites. It protects our internal networks and offers visibility on stopped threats, allowing us to respond faster.

    Game-Changer in Network Security

    Reviewed on Feb 13, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
I like how Menlo Security eliminates browser-based threats by isolating web traffic in a secure environment. It really helps in securing our network by isolating threats usually occurring on the web instead of just reacting when an attack is detected. I appreciate how it keeps our downloads secure through CDR and prevents phishing, even when missed by our other security tools. This is particularly helpful as some users fail phishing tests done regularly. Also, the initial setup was easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
    None
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Menlo Security to eliminate browser-based threats by isolating web traffic. It secures our network by preemptively isolating threats and keeps downloads secure with CDR, while effectively preventing phishing attacks often missed by other security tools.

Limited visibility & reporting in some areas. Visibility into access control usage and active rules could be better.
