In 2022, PA won the Regional and Global AWS Partner Award, and in 2025 was awarded the AWS Social Impact Partner Award for its Hampshire County Council programme, which used Amazon Alexa-enabled technology to support adults with learning disabilities in supported living — releasing the equivalent of two full-time care workers per scheme.
