A beautifully designed interface guides users at every step, with an AI chatbot delivering real-time assistance and recommendations from claims preparation through automated submission. Features include document generation by dispute type using actual legal templates, case progress monitoring with timely notifications of deadlines and important events, and a fair-pricing policy that enables access to justice without the high costs of hiring solicitors.

    Deployed on AWS using ECS with Fargate for containerized workloads, RDS PostgreSQL for data persistence, Cognito for authentication, SQS for message queuing, SES for email notifications, CloudFront for content delivery, and Route 53 for DNS management, the platform delivers high availability, efficient deployment cycles, and enterprise-grade security standards.
