How we deliver it Our approach is built around predictable cutover. We use AWS Application Migration Service (MGN) as the default replication engine, augmented with PurePlay Cloud's automation patterns for cutover orchestration, validation and rollback. Migrations are wave-planned around your application dependencies — not on technology boundaries — so business risk is managed, not just resource utilisation.

Plan it: AWS-funded rapid assessment with a 7Rs portfolio map, TCO comparison (current VMware run vs. native AWS), pattern-based target architectures, and a wave-by-wave migration plan.

Build it: Landing zone uplift (or net-new build via our Secure Landing Zone offering), migration tooling deployment, replication setup and pilot wave migration.
