Overview
WEAST Credit Scoring helps lenders and multi-finance companies accelerate credit analysis. AI agents extract and spread financial statements, consolidate credit bureau and know-your-customer (KYC) data, and score applicants against the organisation's own credit policy. The solution explains the factors contributing to each score and drafts a credit memo for human review and approval. WEAST brings consistent, explainable credit analysis into everyday lending workflows. The challenge Credit analysts spend hours reviewing financial statements, preparing financial spreads and reading bureau reports for each application. Manual processing slows turnaround, assessments can vary between analysts, and the reasoning behind a recommendation can be difficult to reconstruct. Credit teams need faster, consistent assessments aligned with approved credit policy, with supporting evidence and a clear record of how each assessment was reached. The solution WEAST Credit Scoring uses a supervisor agent to coordinate analysis across specialist financial analyst and report-writer agents. Financial information is extracted, spread and normalised into ratios, while bureau and KYC data are consolidated to support the assessment. Applicants are scored against configured credit policy and criteria, with plain-language explanations of the factors contributing to the score. The report-writer agent prepares a credit memo summarising the analysis, supporting information and scoring rationale. A human credit officer reviews the assessment and memo before sign-off. Analysis and decision traces are retained to support review, traceability and audit. The solution connects financial statements, bureau and KYC data, credit policies and applicant forms with loan origination systems. It fits lending and multi-finance operations that want to reduce manual preparation, standardise credit analysis and give credit officers clear information for their decisions. Core credit scoring capabilities Financial spreading: Extract and spread financial statements, with normalised financial ratios. Bureau and KYC consolidation: Read and consolidate credit bureau and KYC data to support applicant assessment. Policy-based scoring: Score applicants against configured credit policy and criteria. Explainable drivers: Explain the factors contributing to each score in plain language. Draft credit memo: Prepare a credit memo with supporting analysis for the credit officer to review and approve. Multi-agent analysis: Coordinate financial analysis and report writing through a supervisor agent and specialist agents. Enterprise platform capabilities WEAST supports credit analysis with model flexibility, knowledge grounding, security controls and operational visibility. The WEAST Model Gateway powered by Amazon Bedrock: Provides governed access to foundation models through Amazon Bedrock, with workspace-level access policies, usage quotas, and token and cost visibility managed within WEAST. Model selection depends on availability and configuration in the customer's AWS deployment. These capabilities help keep credit analysis and memos aligned with approved credit policies and procedures. Security and governance: Include model access control, PII detection and redaction, prompt-injection defence, secure RAG, policy guardrails, tenant isolation and full run traceability. LLMOps and monitoring: Provide conversation tracing, quality evaluation, drift and anomaly monitoring, usage analytics, and per-run token and cost visibility. Deployment and AWS integration WEAST can run in the customer's own AWS account and Amazon Virtual Private Cloud (Amazon VPC), including in an appropriate AWS Asia Pacific Region. Through the WEAST Model Gateway, it can use Amazon Bedrock as an approved model endpoint, including access to Amazon Nova where available. Other approved open or private models are also supported according to the selected deployment and configuration. Dedicated managed, on-premises and hybrid deployment options are available, allowing organisations to choose an environment aligned with their infrastructure, operational and data-residency requirements.
