Overview
Kalkiio Edge (KIOE) is an edge software used in Industries, utilities to monitor, control and translate data from field devices, sensors and OT systems such as SCADA systems. This software is also used for integrating OT data with IoT or Cloud Platforms directly or through a data hub.
With coverage for 100% of Utility protocols and 80% of Industrial protocols, KIOE simplifies acquisition of real-time and historic data from field devices such as IoT sensors, Meters, Transducers, PLCs, controllers, RTUs, IEDs, and many more.
KIOE models are classified depending upon the target application use case.
-
KIOE 200/2000/3000 is utility gateway used for substation automation, network monitoring, grid metering and generation monitoring.
-
KIOE 2300 is DER Gateway used for distributed energy resources, namely Solar PV, Energy storage, wind farms, EV.
-
KIOE2400 is industrial gateway used in manufacturing, process automation, building automation and mining
-
