EasyConnect uses a single contract-based plan called Regular, billed by Units. You commit to a set quantity of Units for the contract term rather than paying per hour or per usage event. There are no separate tiers or instance sizes to choose from. All buyers subscribe to the same plan, and your cost scales with the number of Units you commit to. This plan covers the tool for managing your existing contact center instances, including configuration copy, backup, restore, prompt management, and dashboards.
