Rayscape CXR is an AI assistant for chest X-ray analysis. It detects and localizes 148 findings across 17 clinical classes, returning results into your existing PACS over standard DICOM.
Rayscape CXR analyzes chest X-rays and returns structured findings to the radiologist within the existing reading workflow. The system detects and localizes 148 findings, grouped into 17 clinically defined classes including pneumothorax, pleural effusion, consolidation, lung lesion, tuberculosis, cardiomegaly, atelectasis, and support devices. Each finding is marked on the image with a bounding box and accompanied by a probability score, so the radiologist can see what was flagged and where, rather than receiving a single opaque output.
Alongside detection, Rayscape CXR generates additional views from the same acquisition. Bone-suppressed and bone-subtracted images reveal soft-tissue detail obscured by ribs and clavicles. The cardiothoracic ratio is calculated automatically. Each study is flagged normal or abnormal, allowing abnormal cases to be surfaced first in the reading list , useful in emergency departments, high-volume outpatient imaging, and tuberculosis screening programs where radiologist capacity is limited.
Deployment fits existing infrastructure. Rayscape CXR connects to your PACS over standard DICOM and runs on-premises or in the cloud, returning annotated images and findings directly to the reading environment, typically in under 30 seconds per study. The product is CE-marked and in clinical use at over 300 sites across 18 countries. Rayscape CXR is intended to support the interpreting physician and does not replace clinical

Detect and localize 148 findings on chest X-rays, grouped into 17 clinically defined classes including pneumothorax, pleural effusion, consolidation, lung lesion, tuberculosis, and cardiomegaly. Rayscape CXR marks pathology locations directly on the image with bounding boxes and returns a probability score per abnormality, giving radiologists a structured second read rather than a single opaque output.
Get more from a single acquisition. Alongside detection, Rayscape CXR generates bone-suppressed and bone-subtracted versions of the image to reveal findings obscured by ribs and clavicles, and automatically calculates the cardiothoracic ratio. Each study is also flagged normal or abnormal, so abnormal cases can be surfaced first in the reading list.
Deploy into existing radiology workflows without disruption. Rayscape CXR connects to your PACS over standard DICOM, returns results in under 30 seconds per study for PA/AP chest X-rays, and delivers annotated images and findings directly into the patient record.
AWS Marketplace now accepts line of credit payments through the PNC Vendor Finance program. This program is available to select AWS customers in the US, excluding NV, NC, ND, TN, & VT.
This listing has one pricing dimension: a free usage tier. You pay nothing to use RAYSCAPE CXR through this option. There are no paid tiers, instance sizes, or usage add-ons to select on AWS Marketplace. Because the single dimension is offered at no charge, pricing does not scale with volume, users, or scan counts here. You get access to the product under one flat, free arrangement without commitment amounts or metered charges applied through this listing.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What imaging and analysis does the free listing cover for chest X-rays?
You get AI detection of thoracic abnormalities on chest X-rays (PA/AP). The product adds bone suppression, subtraction views, and cardiothoracic index evaluation. X-ray studies process in under 30 seconds. Results return to the patient record through standard DICOM outputs, and access is unlimited across users.
Does my cost change as scan volume or user count grows under this listing?
No. This listing has one free dimension, so cost does not scale with scans, users, or data. The system connects directly to your imaging network and allows unlimited user access with no per-user fees. Practical scaling depends on your network bandwidth for processing large studies, not on any metered charge here.
How is the product deployed and integrated with my existing systems?
The software connects to your imaging archive and works with DICOM-compliant systems and standard hospital IT. Deployment is often completed within one week. It runs on server setups ranging from CPU-only to GPU-enabled, with on-premises, hybrid, or cloud-supported options. Updates and configuration checks are handled remotely.
