We review your agent architecture, permissions, security boundaries, tool integrations, approval pathways, audit evidence, and operational controls. You receive a written technical report identifying potential gaps, practical recommendations, implementation alternatives, and a prioritized 30/60/90-day improvement roadmap.

Depending on your architecture, the assessment may consider Amazon Bedrock, Amazon EKS, AWS IAM, AWS CloudTrail, AWS KMS, and related services.

Our framework covers eight areas:

1. Security Boundaries: Trust boundaries between users, models, tools, networks, and data.
2. Identity and Permissions: Agent identities, effective permissions, role boundaries, and least-privilege controls.
3. Agent Governance: Policy enforcement, approval requirements, exceptions, and human oversight.
4. Reliability and Recovery: Timeouts, retries, idempotency, interrupted workflows, and failure handling.
5. Auditability: Decision traceability, application-level evidence, logging coverage, and audit access controls.
6. Operational Complexity: Deployment patterns, change management, monitoring, ownership, and maintainability.
7. Scalability and Cost Exposure: Workload growth, quotas, concurrency, rate limits, and resource-use controls.
8. Tool and Multi-Agent Coordination: Agent handoffs, delegated authority, tool contracts, and cross-agent traceability.

Findings are grounded in agreed customer-provided evidence and distinguish observed information, customer-reported details, and areas requiring further validation.

1. Customer Intake: Confirm scope and collect relevant architecture diagrams, documentation, workflow descriptions, and authorized configuration information through an agreed submission process.

2. Technical Discovery: A 60-minute consultation to understand your environment, objectives, workflows, and existing controls.

3. Architecture and Governance Assessment: Review the agreed evidence across the eight assessment areas and develop technical findings and recommendations.

4. Written Assessment Report: Deliver an evidence-based report with architecture observations, potential security and governance gaps, implementation alternatives, technical tradeoffs, and a prioritized improvement roadmap.

5. Findings and Advisory Consultation: A final 60-minute session to review the report, discuss recommendations, and clarify implementation options.

The written technical assessment report includes:

The report is designed to help your engineering team plan and implement improvements independently.

The standard assessment covers one defined AI agent system, one primary AWS deployment environment, and up to two representative agent workflows.

It includes review of agreed customer-provided documentation and configuration evidence, two 60-minute consultations, and one written technical assessment report.

Penetration testing, formal compliance certification, comprehensive source-code security auditing, implementation work, and ongoing infrastructure management are not included. Larger or more complex assessments may be scoped separately.

Recommendations may compare AWS-native controls, custom implementations, and third-party governance solutions.
