• Flexibility to scale-up support as needed to handle larger projects and initiatives.

The Managed Services is provided by a dedicated group of professionals that have extensive knowledge and experience with IBM PA. Each client is assigned a primary and a backup resource, who will understand the company’s application as well as business process in the long term. They will act as a natural extension of a clint’s team and provide support for the IBM PA system while each client focuses on other more value-add activities.

The team is supervised and supported by a group of senior architects that ensure the adequacy of overall design and development using industry best practices.
