Finally, we offer the flexibility to host in a FedRAMP-approved hosting facility, or to deploy the product to the customer's GovCloud account if preferred.

Pricing
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before it ends, access to these entitlements will expire.

Dimensions summary
You choose one of four annual SaaS subscription tiers based on how many named users you need. The tiers scale by user count: Small covers 1-10 users, Medium covers 11-20, Large covers 21-30, and Enterprise covers 31-50. Each tier is billed as a yearly contract for cloud hosting by the vendor. As you move up tiers, the included monthly allowances rise for data processing, AI adjudication and API transactions, applicant chatbot interactions, and natural language search queries. If you exceed a tier's monthly allowances, you can buy additional usage separately.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
A named user is an individual person assigned a login, such as an adjudicator, HR/COR staff member, or agency administrator. Each tier bills by the count of these assigned accounts. Your subscription must match the tier that covers your total user count, from 1 up to 50.
Each tier includes set monthly amounts for data processing, AI adjudication/API transactions, chatbot interactions, and natural language search queries. If your monthly usage passes these included amounts, you can purchase additional usage separately. Moving to a different tier is a separate decision based on your user count.
User count determines your tier. You pick Small, Medium, Large, or Enterprise based on how many named users you have. The included monthly allowances rise with each tier but do not by themselves set your tier. If you outgrow the allowances, buy extra usage rather than changing tiers.
