Vendor refund policy
Refunds for software charges are generally not provided except for duplicate charges, proven billing errors, or material service unavailability caused by CostQ. Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the charge to support@cloudminos.co.jp and will be reviewed case by case. Refunds are subject to applicable AWS Marketplace policies and any approved private offer terms.
