Discovery and Alignment (2-3 weeks) includes stakeholder mapping, scope definition, success criteria, and a technical readiness assessment. Preparation (1-2 weeks) covers environment setup, team assignments, pre-work packages, and executive briefing. EBA Execution (1-5 days) delivers hands-on working sessions with real workloads, daily executive briefouts, and documented decisions. Transition and Roadmap (1 week) produces lessons learned, documented patterns, runbooks, and a 90-day execution roadmap with clear ownership assignments.

Pre-Engagement Support: After initial contact, customers receive a complimentary 30-minute EBA scoping call to assess readiness, identify the right EBA track (Migration, Modernization, AI/ML Innovation, or FinOps), define preliminary scope, and determine stakeholder requirements. Alchemaize provides a written engagement proposal within 5 business days of the scoping call.
During Engagement Support: Each EBA includes a dedicated Alchemaize delivery lead who serves as the single point of contact for the customer throughout the four-phase engagement. The delivery lead coordinates all technical resources, manages stakeholder communications, and ensures daily alignment with customer leadership during the execution phase.
Post-Engagement Support: Following EBA completion, customers receive 30 days of follow-up support via email for questions related to the documented patterns, runbooks, and 90-day execution roadmap delivered during the engagement. Extended post-engagement support, including implementation assistance and ongoing advisory, is available as a separate engagement.
