Dimensions summary
You pay based on usage across three independent dimensions, not tiers. The Observability dimension covers buildtime, runtime, and continuous threat exposure management (CTEM). It bills per resource each month, so cost scales with how many AI agents and resources you track. The Runtime Protection dimension (AI Firewall, AIDR) bills per million tokens each month, so cost scales with agent activity volume. The Guardrails for AWS dimension also bills per million tokens each month. You can combine these dimensions to match discovery, protection, and enforcement needs. Charges rise as resource counts or token volumes grow.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
A resource is an AI agent or related item Zenity discovers and tracks across your environment. This includes agents in SaaS platforms, custom-built agents, and coding or endpoint agents. Each discovered agent, thread, or connected resource counts toward your monthly resource total, so cost grows with your tracked inventory.
Tokens measure the text agents process during runtime, including prompts, retrievals, tool calls, and responses. Both Runtime Protection (AI Firewall, AIDR) and Guardrails for AWS meter the token volume flowing through them each month. More agent activity means more tokens, which raises the monthly charge for those dimensions.
It depends on your usage shape. The Observability dimension scales with how many agents and resources you track, so it dominates for large inventories. The Runtime Protection and Guardrails dimensions scale with token volume, so they dominate for high agent activity. All three bill independently and appear on the same invoice.
