The problem
Knowledge is scattered and search is keyword based. Scientists repeat experiments that were already done, application specialists answer the same product questions, and general chat tools either cannot see internal content or answer without citations anyone can check.
What we deliver
Corpus and questions. In two weeks we inventory sources and the questions scientists ask, and agree access rules by team and document class.
Search agent build. Ingestion and chunking tuned for scientific documents, retrieval with Amazon Bedrock Knowledge Bases, and agents on Amazon Bedrock AgentCore that answer with citations and query structured sources through governed tools.
Citation checks. Every answer is checked against its cited passages, and answers without support are flagged instead of shown as fact.
Rollout. A pilot with one team, an accuracy review on real questions, then extension to more corpora, with optional monthly operation.
