It uses advanced an ML algorithm to evaluate sentiment in Real-time as well as helping businesses understand customer emotions and deliver empathetic AI-driven support.
- SERTS deep-learning algorithm performance is competitive with the state of the art, achieving a mean Macro-F1 score of 72% on the challenging improvised scripts of the IEMOCAP dataset. This model was trained and tested using a NVIDIA RTX 6000 Ada GPU.
