    Overview

    a. AWS Foundation – TBGI will set up and configure client’s designated AWS account and network as necessary to complete the migration.

    b. Data Migration – If not already the case, TBGI will migrate client’s production instance of the application database to an RDS instance in the AWS cloud.

    c. Application Foundation – TBGI will create a new or revise an existing application Docker scripts/containers, set up and configure all required CloudFormation components to an agreed configuration, and migrate and set up any integrations as needed to accommodate client’s application implementation.

    d. Remediation – TBGI will remediate any of the above as needed to resolve issues discovered during client’s validation and testing.

    Highlights

    • TBGI will migrate your database into an RDS instance. This will greatly simplify client’s database management effort post migration.
    • TBGI will create docker containers for your application components. This will ensure that your environments are robust and consistent post migration.
    • Post migration, client can engage TBGI to provide environment management services or subscribe to TBGI’s environment management tool, Envy, to manage and support the application implementation.
