Intelligent Document Processing powered by AllCloud’s AI Fusion helps organizations convert complex structured and unstructured documents into accurate, usable information while reducing manual processing effort. The Document Processing Agent receives documents from approved sources such as email, Amazon S3, shared folders, document repositories, and business applications. It uses advanced optical character recognition and natural language processing to identify document types, extract relevant content, and organize the results into a consistent structure. The solution can process financial documents, contracts, forms, reports, statements, and other content that contains tables, paragraphs, fields, signatures, or supporting attachments. Customer defined extraction rules determine which information is captured from each document type. Extracted data can be validated against required fields, business rules, reference data, and connected enterprise systems. Confidence scores help identify content that can continue automatically and documents that require human review. The agent can summarize documents, classify content, identify key terms, and route the extracted information to approved workflows or downstream systems. Source references are retained so users can review where each extracted value or generated summary originated. Dashboards and reports provide visibility into processing volumes, document types, extraction confidence, validation exceptions, and review status. This helps teams understand where manual effort remains and where further automation can improve delivery timelines. The solution is deployed through AllCloud’s AI Fusion in the customer’s AWS environment using AWS services including Amazon Bedrock, Amazon Bedrock AgentCore Runtime, Amazon Textract, AWS Lambda, Aurora PostgreSQL, Amazon S3, Amazon OpenSearch Service, and Amazon QuickSight. Role based access, encryption, Amazon Bedrock Guardrails, source traceability, activity logging, and configurable human review help maintain governance and auditability across the document processing workflow. Through AI Fusion Foundations, AllCloud scopes, configures, deploys, demonstrates, and hands over the solution. Customers receive a working Intelligent Document Processing capability in their AWS environment in two weeks, together with architecture guidance, knowledge transfer, and a roadmap for expanding document automation. Anthropic Claude Sonnet is the default model for this solution, with Claude Opus available for use cases that require more advanced reasoning.
