Smith Avenue Insights implements Amazon Quick's agent layer connected to your CRM, scheduling, outreach, and collaboration tools, so a rep can ask a plain-language question, "which deals have gone quiet for two weeks," and get an answer, or let a completed meeting update the CRM automatically. We build native Quick connectors where they exist, plus custom connectors backed by a service-authentication gateway deployed in your own AWS account, so unattended automations reach systems Quick cannot authenticate against directly.
This offering assumes a governed data foundation, either our Revenue Data Lake and Attribution Model on AWS, or your own existing data platform, and builds the agent layer, dashboards, and workflow automations on top of it. For customers who are themselves AWS partners, we can also drive Partner Central opportunity and solution management directly from inside Quick.
