The problem
Cameras record everything and nobody watches. Incidents are found hours later by scrubbing footage, operators cannot tell busy from unusual, and every site has its own recorder with no central view.
What we deliver
Design. We review cameras, sites, bandwidth and the events that matter, and design edge and cloud processing to balance cost, latency and privacy.
Ingestion. Camera streams flow through Amazon Kinesis Video Streams, with AWS IoT Greengrass at sites where local processing or buffering is needed.
Analytics. Computer vision models detect the agreed events, such as occupancy, loitering, entry patterns or blocked exits, with Amazon Rekognition or custom models on Amazon SageMaker AI, and send alerts with clips to operators.
Search and history. Events are stored with time, site and camera, searchable with short clips, under retention rules you set.

AWS infrastructure charges
AWS bills you for Kinesis Video Streams ingestion and storage, Greengrass core devices, Rekognition or SageMaker AI usage, Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, SNS, CloudWatch and AWS KMS. Video volume drives most of the cost and is estimated per site before rollout. We work through IAM roles you create.
