    EXP Blueprints align stakeholders across business, development, and technology teams by exploring several core aspects, including the customer experience, business processes, data, technology and underlying infrastructure.

    EXP Blueprints are especially useful in the early stages of significant and complex transformation initiatives as it brings a helpful structure to identify pain points, valuable initiatives, and create a robust roadmap that enable organisation to deliver value at pace.

    The EXP Blueprint will focus on key areas:

    • Map the relationship between technology, processes, and the customer experience
    • Identify where modern technologies can drive value; eg. AI, ML, data and insights
    • Inform the technical architecture and platform strategies to enable key value drivers
    • Create a clear and actionable roadmap to deliver business value at pace
