What do you like best about the product?
Zoho Analytics is a great tool for raw data management for like us who are managing lot of ecommerce sellers data on a daily basis. I like about it's robust capability to analyze my current data, track them and make better planning on it. Its reporting and dashboarding is fabulous which is main for any business fundamental.
What do you dislike about the product?
Currently they are serving the best what i need for my business but the problem i faced sometimes in large data sets reporting and dashboarding. They takes time to load which can be frustrating for sometime. Rest everything is fine.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are solving complex data sets problems. Helping is dashboarding and preparing reports. Client management and tracking of them by Setting the automations using the work flow setup.

I don't dislike it as every tool comes with different things as sometime it create a more data oriented visualisation that is difficult to understand some time.

What do you like best about the product?
EXCELLENT tool for all reporting purposes. We use Zoho Analytics to sync up our data with Zoho Books, and then to create our entire reporting system out of it.
It has helped me streamline vendor reporting, MIS reporting, taxation and compliances, management information, budgeting reporting etc.
The Zoho Analytics professional services team is also excellent and do a great job of creating custom reports.
The user interface can be slightly worked upon, and is not the best.

What do you dislike about the product?
- The user interface is not top-notch.
- It uses SQL for coding the backend data. It would be great if it can add AI features though which the user can directly vibe code instead of getting into the technicalities of SQL

Zoho Analytics is solving all my reporting needs at speed and at a minimal cost.
My bookkeeping tool (Zoho Books) cannot give me MIS dashboards, vendor summary, GST/TDS compliance reports, etc, which is all getting solved by Zoho Analytics.
Excellent tool for any kind of reporting purposes. It also integrates with google sheets/ tally / many other databases.
