The WhatsApp Business Platform is a programming interface designed for enterprise businesses to connect one-to-one with people, systems, and devices at scale. With the enterprise-grade WhatsApp Business API, companies can send notifications (including marketing messages!) for customer service, sales and marketing, and other use cases with the world's most popular messaging app.
Your UnificationEngine subscription includes support via email. WhatsApp subscriptions do not include WhatsApp phone numbers. WhatsApp subscriptions do not include WhatsApp Business Platform Fees (invoiced monthly). The 2022 WhatsApp Conversation-Based Pricing (i.e., published rate card) is available on the Meta for Developers website at https://developers.facebook.com/docs/whatsapp/pricing/conversationpricing . Prices exclude any applicable taxes. A WhatsApp Migration Service Fee will apply any time you migrate a WhatsApp number/account to a different WhatsApp BSP.
UIB offers 50+ platforms including Apple Messages for Business (UIB is an official Apple MSP), Google's Business Messages (UIB is an official Google MSP), Facebook Messenger, Instagram, Telegram, web chat, and many other messaging channels, as well as integrations into Salesforce, MS Teams, Cisco eGain, and many other enterprise platforms. All subscriptions require a verified Facebook Business Manager ID and compliance with the WhatsApp Business Platform's Commerce Policy at https://www.whatsapp.com/legal/commerce-policy .
