IntelliDocX AL is a full production release of an enterprise-grade SAP ArchiveLink and CMIS certified content management adapter. This is not a trial, beta, or evaluation version. The software is production-ready with no restrictions on usage time, number of users, documents, or any other measurements.
WHAT THIS DEPLOYS:
- Elastic Beanstalk environment (.NET 8 on Amazon Linux 2023)
- Amazon Cognito User Pool for OIDC-based authentication
- S3 bucket for SAP ArchiveLink document storage (unlimited)
- Application Load Balancer with HTTPS
- IAM roles with least-privilege permissions
BYOL LICENCE: A valid IntelliDocX AL production licence is required. The licence grants unlimited use of the software with no time restrictions, no user limits, and no document limits. Contact support@intellidocx.asia to obtain your licence.
IMPORTANT SECURITY NOTICE: This CloudFormation template uses the AWS managed policy AWSElasticBeanstalkManagedUpdatesCustomerRolePolicy, which grants permissions to read, edit, and delete AWS resources beyond those created by this template. AWS recommends deploying this product into a new, dedicated AWS account to limit the scope of these permissions and protect any existing resources in your account.

PREREQUISITES (complete before launching):
- An S3 bucket in your account with the IntelliDocX AL_ACS (Hosted on AWS Amazon Web Services) application ZIP uploaded
- A dedicated IAM user created per the Installation Guide (link below)
- An ACM certificate for your application domain
- A VPC with public and private subnets
HOW TO DEPLOY: Launch the CloudFormation template. Fill in your VPC, subnets, domain, certificate ARN, and IAM credentials.
DOCUMENTATION and SAP INTEGRATION: Requires SAP transport import post-deployment (guide included). Please contact support@intellidocx.asia
Client specific template will be delivery on request based on client requirements and software license type.

BYOL LICENCE REQUIRED: Contact support@intellidocx.asia to obtain your IntelliDocX AL production licence key before deploying.
BEFORE LAUNCHING:
Step 1: Obtain your production licence
- Email support@intellidocx.asia
- You will receive your licence key for the full production release.
Step 2: Upload the IntelliDocX AL application ZIP to your S3 bucket
- Request the application package from support@intellidocx.asia
- Upload to an S3 bucket in your deployment region.
- Note the bucket name and filename.
Step 3: Prepare your ACM certificate
- Ensure an ACM certificate exists for your app domain in the SAME region as this deployment.
Step 4: Launch the CloudFormation stack
- Enter your licence key, VPC, subnets, domain, ACM ARN, S3 bucket name and ZIP filename.
- No AWS access keys required - all permissions handled automatically via IAM roles in this template.
- Deployment takes approximately 15 minutes.
Step 5: After deployment
- Point your domain DNS CNAME to EnvironmentURL output.
- Open https://your-domain/Admin to configure SAP repositories.
- Create Cognito users and assign to AlAdmin group.
- Import SAP transports per the Installation Guide.
