Genymotion PaaS is an Android emulator on EC2. With AWS APIs, you can build or extend your own solution on top of Genymotion. Embed it into your website or product to promote your application or provide support to your sales, marketing or help desk.
Genymotion delivers the most trusted cloud Android emulator directly to AWS EC2. This high-performance Amazon Machine Image (AMI) provides a robust, cloud-native Android environment, enabling seamless automated testing, large-scale virtualization, and instant browser-based access for teams worldwide.
By moving your Android infrastructure to the cloud, you eliminate hardware bottlenecks and gain the full scalability of AWS, whether you are validating the latest Android release or scaling complex device automation.
Possibilities are numerous:
Integrate with your existing Continuous Integration infrastructure to enable continuous delivery, embed it into your website to promote your mobile app, or simply access it through a web browser to support your marketing, sales, and support efforts.
By leveraging AWS APIs, you can build or extend your own solution on top of Genymotion. The only limit is your imagination.
Genymotion is also ideal for Android App Performance Monitoring, Mobile threat detection and protection, Competitive analysis, Advertising, IT Service Management, or rapid prototyping.

Try this product free for 5 days according to the free trial terms set by the vendor. Usage-based pricing is in effect for usage beyond the free trial terms. Your free trial gets automatically converted to a paid subscription when the trial ends, but may be canceled any time before that.
Pricing is based on actual usage, with charges varying according to how much you consume. Subscriptions have no end date and may be canceled any time. Alternatively, you can pay upfront for a contract, which typically covers your anticipated usage for the contract duration. Any usage beyond contract will incur additional usage-based costs.
Additional AWS infrastructure costs may apply. Use the AWS Pricing Calculator to estimate your infrastructure costs.
You pay by the hour for whichever EC2 instance type runs your Android 12.1 arm64 device image. Billing is usage-based, so charges follow the hours your instance stays running. The dimensions map to arm64 instance families: t4g for basic testing and automation, c6g, c6gd, c6gn, and c7g for compute-focused work, and m6g, m6gd, and m7g for balanced memory. Within each family, sizes scale from medium and large up to 16xlarge, adding more virtual CPUs and RAM. Pick a size to match your workload, from automation and monitoring to high-resolution video streaming and 3D games.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What resource does one billed hour give me, and how many virtual devices can it run?
Each hour covers one running arm64 EC2 instance loaded with the Android 12.1 device image. You pick the instance family and size, which sets the virtual CPUs and RAM. The number of virtual devices you can launch depends on the instance size you choose for your workload.
Am I charged when my instance is stopped, and is billing per second or per hour?
Software charges follow running instance-hours, so a fully stopped instance does not accrue software fees. Stopped instances may still incur underlying AWS storage charges for attached volumes. The listing meters usage by the hour. For per-second billing details, check with the vendor.
Which instance family should I pick for testing versus video streaming or 3D games?
Use t4g sizes for automation, monitoring, and testing with no graphical interaction. Compute families like c6g and c7g suit standard and higher-performance graphical use, including video streaming and 3D games. The vendor recommends arm64 compute types over memory types since arm64 needs less RAM without a translation layer.

An AMI is a virtual image that provides the information required to launch an instance. Amazon EC2 (Elastic Compute Cloud) instances are virtual servers on which you can run your applications and workloads, offering varying combinations of CPU, memory, storage, and networking resources. You can launch as many instances from as many different AMIs as you need.
AWS Support is a one-on-one, fast-response support channel that is staffed 24x7x365 with experienced and technical support engineers. The service helps customers of all sizes and technical abilities to successfully utilize the products and features provided by Amazon Web Services.
