Support

Labyrinth Labs reference architecture deployment includes Foundation Subscription that is committed to a minimum of 12 months. Afterwards the customer is free to either completely take over the whole environment or continue with one the subsequent SLA subscriptions.

Subscription pricing is calculated based on the patterns used from the IaC pattern library, customizations required for the specific reference architecture and to a lesser extent on the size of the whole infrastructure. This allows for a reasonable pay-as-you-grow model that scales primarily based on overall infrastructure complexity rather than on an amount of resources consumed.

With Foundation Subscription you are eligible to receive production support which covers 3 key areas - maintenance, standard operation and production issues.

SLA Labyrinth Labs provides two levels of the SLA - standard and enterprise - which differ in guaranteed response times. There is no difference in the SLA levels in the eligibility to receive services in the 3 areas mentioned above.

  • Standard support guarantees a 4 hour response time within the regional (CET) business hours from 9 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday excluding bank holiday days.

  • Enterprise support guarantees a 1 hour response time 24/7/365. Custom support can be agreed between Labyrinth Labs and the customer.
