AWS Marketplace now accepts line of credit payments through the PNC Vendor Finance program. This program is available to select AWS customers in the US, excluding NV, NC, ND, TN, & VT.
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor, and additional usage. You pay upfront or in installments according to your contract terms with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. Usage-based pricing is in effect for overages or additional usage not covered in the contract. These charges are applied on top of the contract price. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before the contract end date, access to your entitlements will expire.
Additional AWS infrastructure costs may apply. Use the AWS Pricing Calculator to estimate your infrastructure costs.
You start with a Platform fee that bundles a base allotment: 7 users, 5,000 SKUs, and 3 channels, plus a one-time setup cost billed on actuals. This forms your entry point under the contract. Two add-on dimensions let you scale past the base. The Count of SKU/Product dimension covers usage beyond 5,000 SKUs. The No. of User dimension covers usage beyond 7 users. You add these only as your product catalog or team grows, so each add-on is billed independently based on what you exceed.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as one channel in the base Platform fee that includes 3 channels?
A channel is a connected sales destination where the software publishes your product data. This includes online marketplaces, webstores, social media channels, and ERPs. The Platform fee covers 3 such channel connections. You centralize product data once, then syndicate it out to each connected channel.
What happens to my bill if I exceed the 5,000 SKUs or 7 users included in the base?
The base Platform fee covers 7 users, 5,000 SKUs, and 3 channels. When you pass 5,000 SKUs, the Count of SKU/Product dimension charges the excess. When you pass 7 users, the No. of User dimension charges the excess. You pay for each add-on separately based on what you exceed.
How do the three pricing dimensions combine into my total cost?
The Platform fee is your fixed base, plus a one-time setup cost billed on actuals. The SKU and User dimensions bill independently as add-ons above the included amounts. Your total is the base fee plus any SKU overage plus any user overage. Growing catalog or team size drives the add-on charges.
