Agile sprints to support your Cloud adoption initiatives.

Cloud adoption often requires guidance, insight and best practice from those who have previously completed similar engagements. We leverage our cloud experts, to work with your teams to transform your use of IT and cloud which includes knowledge sharing, documentation, and resources to help your teams get the skills they need for long-term business agility and maturity on Cloud.

Each sprint combines our resources within your country combined with cloud experts from our global center of excellence to provide you with agile engagement to address a variety of cloud adoption initiatives including:

• Operational excellence; leverages our cloud adoption framework to complete the design, considering key areas such as; organizational structure, operating model, security, networking (in Cloud), connectivity (between Cloud and your existing locations) and overall governance, for example, reliability, risk, compliance and cost management. The outcomes include high level architecture and recommendations for ensuring repeatable patterns (based on our blueprints) for successful cloud adoption, minimizing many of the common pitfalls whilst abstracting requirements from complexity.
• Application architecture; with sprints for application modernization (containerization and or cloud native) and SAP on Cloud. Outcomes include high-level architecture that identifies functionality, reliability, security, performance and cost whilst maximizing the use of Public Cloud native features.
• Transformation planning; with sprints for cloud adoption strategy and transformation plans/road-map. Outcomes include road-map summary (principles, considerations, risks), process (time-line, waves for moving to Cloud, resource dependencies), target solution architecture (using a 6 Rs application/workload assessment framework), target operating model and cost.

Each sprint is 3-weeks and leverages our packaged structure for requirements, inputs, workshops, deliverables, and outcomes. The process will be executed using the following key steps:

• Preliminary data capture of available documentation;
• Discovery workshops (typically 3 x 2 hours) for a complete understanding of requirements
• Analysis workshops (typically 2 x 2 hours) to explore and confirm design decisions.
