GAIA - Enterprise AI Platform with User-Level Access Control

     Info
GAIA connects AI assistants and agents to your business systems under each user's own permissions, with ready-made connectors for major SaaS and a full audit trail of every operation, deployed in your own AWS account.

    Overview

GAIA is an integration layer that lets enterprises use AI assistants and autonomous agents against their existing business systems without giving up control of data, models, or permissions. It authenticates each user, resolves their effective permissions from your organization model, and lets AI act on connected systems only within that scope. Every action is recorded in a tamper-evident audit log.

Key capabilities include identity and authorization with per-user tokens for each connected system, an organization model that derives effective permissions from org charts and roles, an ontology layer that exposes only permitted business data definitions to AI, and permission-aware retrieval (RAG) that returns documents only to users allowed to read them. GAIA ships with ready-made connectors for Salesforce, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, kintone, HubSpot, Backlog, GitHub, freee, Money Forward, and other widely used SaaS products, and supports workflow integration so AI can create and advance approval requests. GAIA is model-agnostic: it works with your choice of LLM and any MCP-compatible AI client.

GAIA is deployed with the AWS Cloud Development Kit (AWS CDK) into the customer's own AWS account as a single-tenant installation. It runs on AWS Lambda and Amazon ECS, stores data in Amazon RDS for PostgreSQL and Amazon S3, and keeps audit records in Amazon S3 with Object Lock.

AsiaQuest, an AWS Advanced Tier Services Partner, provides the professional services to deploy GAIA: assessment of target systems and data sources, design of the organization and permission model, deployment into your AWS environment, connector setup, and onboarding of your first AI use cases. Additional connectors for in-house or industry-specific systems are developed on request. Pricing is provided as a private offer based on the scope of systems and users.

    Highlights

    • Per-user permissions, not a shared service account: GAIA authenticates each user and lets AI read and act on connected systems only within that user's own access rights. Documents and fields outside their rights never appear in results, and every operation is kept in a tamper-evident audit log.
