Overview
For the executive who owns the AI agenda: CEO, CTO, chief AI officer or director of AI. Your board asks what AI agents will change, your teams have prototypes, and nobody can yet say which work an agent may run and who answers for it. Most organizations cannot hand a department to AI agents this year, and should not. Every organization has one process that can be prepared now, and AWS gives it the building blocks: Amazon Bedrock for models and agents, Amazon ECS or Amazon EKS for agent workers, IAM for permissions, Amazon CloudWatch for evidence.
In three weeks, Onomos works with you as sponsor and with the owner of one process to sort every step of that process into four lanes: steps that stay human-led, steps existing software already handles, steps a delegated autonomous workflow on AWS could run under written rules, and teams that could become agent-run first.
What you receive
- The process map, every step in one of the four lanes
- A capability and integration review for agent workloads on AWS: which AWS services fit (for example Amazon Bedrock, agent workers on Amazon ECS or Amazon EKS, IAM roles as the agents' permissions), where data access and custom engineering are needed, what you already run on AWS that can be reused, and, where agents or data run on-premises or in another environment today, the path to migrate them to AWS. No purchase beyond the AWS services you choose is assumed.
- An executable first increment on AWS with owners, dependencies, effort ranges and dates, worth doing even if deployment waits
- Baseline measures, representative cases and acceptance criteria
- A sponsor decision brief: fund the first increment, resolve a named prerequisite, or defer with a reason
How we work
Agents are only as trustworthy as the loop they run in. We design for independent verification (an agent never approves its own work), permissions as code in IAM, and human approval gates the agent cannot remove, with every agent action logged in your AWS account.
Migration to AWS is part of the work when you ask for it: we plan the move of agent workloads and their data to AWS and lead it in the transition phase.
You keep everything delivered. Up to 30 consultant hours, one process, one sponsor, up to four interviews and one working session.
If the services require resources in your AWS account, they are provisioned through IAM roles you control, documented in full, and any AWS infrastructure costs are separate from this AWS Marketplace transaction and paid by you.
Highlights
- Gives the CEO, CTO or head of AI a fundable decision in three weeks: fund the first increment, resolve a named prerequisite, or defer with a reason
- Sorts every step of one process into four lanes: human-led, existing software, delegated autonomous workflow, candidate agentic unit, with owners, dates, acceptance criteria and baseline measures
- Led by an architect who builds and operates autonomous agent systems, including agent workers running on AWS
