    Resilience Core

     Info
    Sold by: Simplesense
Put an end to fix-on-fail: Connect control system data across power, water, HVAC, and physical security into a unified operational environment building a foundation for real-time awareness across every mission-supporting domain.

    Overview

The Resilience Core provides end-to-end cyber physical infrastructure to connect critical operational technology data to the cloud, lowering long-term costs while increasing security and speed to adopt new capabilities. A key benefit of this infrastructure is ensuring “right person, right time, right place” delivery of data and decision support.

Simplesense employs a hybrid on-premises and cloud data services model that ingests and normalizes Operational Technology (OT) data either on-premises or in the cloud across a federated data lake. Highlights include the use of open standards, a real-time interface, data normalization, de-centralized access control and data governance, and high availability with redundant servers on-premises and in the cloud. Interconnect, ingest, and normalize data from many systems into a single unified operating environment with the required networking and security configurations incorporating network, firewall, and security protocols to bridge the most sensitive unclassified environments while ensuring compliance with an approved interconnect agreement.

The Resilience Core satisfies the requirements of a wide range of OT projects with rapidly deployable, highly automated, and Zero Trust aligned infrastructure. The system supports operating and processing low impact to mission critical / high impact workloads, up to and including Impact Level 5 (IL5) by deploying technologies in the cloud and on-premise to effectively patch systems on an on-going basis.

Managed services, including scanning, patching, and monitoring, continuously meet the latest NIST and IEC standards and industry best practices and maintain a continuous Authority to Operate (ATO) with a Confidentiality, Integrity, and Availability (CIA) impact rating of Moderate High High.

Supports deployment of Resilience Core on AWS GovCloud (US) using Amazon EC2, Amazon VPC, AWS IAM, AWS CloudWatch, and AWS Systems Manager.

    Highlights

    • Unified Awareness: Every facility, utility, and security system is visible in a single operational view, so decisions are driven by data, not by whoever picks up the phone.
    • Trusted Alerts: Correlated, prioritized signals that cut through alert fatigue, so operators respond to what's real. No lost hours to false alarms.
    • Secure By Design: Zero Trust aligned and ATO-backed, security is built into the architecture, not added as a compliance layer.

Simplesense will monitor for and respond to all incidents inside of core duty hours, 0900-1700 local time, Monday through Friday, except US Federal holidays and other Government-observed days where installation access is limited. When Simplesense requires coordination for physical access (i.e. 48-hour access to the data center or ICD705 space coordination), response times will be based on initial access time instead of maximum tolerable downtime (MTD) if not resolvable remotely.
